This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered throughout Canada and the United States. Our goal is to ensure your golf simulator components, launch monitors, enclosures, and accessories arrive safely and efficiently.


Shipping Regions

We ship throughout Canada and the United States.
Large-format simulator products are shipped via LTL freight, while smaller items such as launch monitors, projectors, and accessories ship through standard parcel carriers.


Order Processing Times

Processing timelines vary depending on the product category.

In-stock items:
Typically processed and shipped within 5-10 business days.

Made-to-order or custom products:
Certain products, such as custom impact screens, enclosures, or full simulator kits, may require 10-20 business days before shipping.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.


Freight Shipping (Large Items)

Products such as simulator enclosures, full kits, large screens, floor systems, and oversized hitting mats require LTL freight delivery.

Freight delivery includes:

  • Scheduled delivery appointment

  • Curbside drop-off (driver does not enter the home)

  • Crated or palletized shipment

  • Multiple-person assistance may be required for unloading and moving large components

Inspect all freight deliveries for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Any concerns should be noted on the carrier’s paperwork at the time of delivery.


Standard Parcel Shipping (Small to Medium Items)

Items such as launch monitors, software add-ons, projectors, and general accessories ship via carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, or USPS.

Estimated transit times:

  • Within Canada: 3–8 business days

  • To the United States: 4–10 business days

Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.


Split Shipments

Because golf simulator packages include multiple components from different fulfillment centers, your order may arrive in separate shipments. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For Canadian customers, GST/HST or applicable provincial taxes are calculated at checkout.
For U.S. customers, duties, import fees, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, or if you suspect it is lost or delayed:

  1. Photograph the packaging and product condition upon delivery.

  2. Retain all shipping materials until the issue is resolved.

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

We will coordinate with the carrier or manufacturer to resolve the issue promptly.


Pre-Orders and Backorders

When a product is listed as a pre-order or backorder, the estimated ship date will be shown on the product page. Orders will ship as soon as inventory becomes available.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. Any re-routing fees or additional carrier charges due to incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Updates

Customers will receive:

  • Order confirmation

  • Notification of shipment with tracking information

  • Freight delivery scheduling (when applicable)
